The companies behind the brands Bull’s NL and Bull’s Germany have reached an agreement to eliminate confusion surrounding the use of their brand names.
Zwibo (formerly Embassy Benelux), the company behind Bull’s NL and manufacturer of darts for players such as Dirk van Duijvenbode, Ricky Evans, and Max Hopp, will remain the official owner of the Bull’s Darts trademark.
As a result, Embassy (Germany) will adjust its use of the name Bull’s in the near future.
In addition, Zwibo’s trade name “Embassy” will be transferred to Embassy Germany as part of the agreement.
As former business partners and current competitors, both parties have been in discussion for an extended period to address market confusion caused by the use of similar trade and brand names. These constructive negotiations have resulted in a solution that provides clarity for the future.

Retailers will not be negatively affected by this agreement. Embassy Germany will retain the right to sell remaining Bull’s-branded products until an agreed-upon date, under terms established by both parties.
