His talent truly came to light in 2025, when he qualified for the Dutch Darts Championship in Rosmalen, a key event on the European Tour. His impressive performance in the qualifiers did not go unnoticed, leaving many wondering whether Harju has what it takes to reach the very top of the sport.

Before his breakthrough in 2025, Harju had been active primarily in youth competitions. He was seen as one of the brightest darts prospects from the Scandinavian region. He competed in the PDC World Youth Championship in 2011, 2012, and 2013, though he fell short of claiming the title. In 2013, he also made his debut in the WDF World Masters, one of the most prestigious tournaments under the WDF banner.

In 2025, Harju earned the honor of representing Finland in the PDC World Cup of Darts, a remarkable achievement and a proud moment for any player.
